"The gentleman who came on 12/21 around noon figured out what was wrong and ordered the control board. We didn't own the house when the original unit was installed in 2015. They honored the 10-year warranty for the part! Saved us $520!! He came back out the next day and installed it before noon when it was 0° and -21° windchill!
